Welcome to Northwest Community Centers’ Saturday Night Bingo Web Site.

Here you will find a general description of the games played every Saturday, including ticket cost and prize amounts. While the bingo program maintains its status as one of the best in the city of Rockford, we at Northwest feel our lineup of raffles will add a great deal of fun and excitement to your Saturday night outing.

As always, we thank you for playing at Northwest

Our newest progressive jackpot raffle is the
Red, White, and Blue Earlybird Raffle. It starts at 6:40 pm every Saturday Night. With three (3) different progressive jackpots, there is always a chance for the big money. Cost is $1.00 for three cards, and each jackpot grows by $25 each week.

Try the new
Dual Dab Raffle for a chance to win $1000.00. Cover your card in 37 #’s or less for the $1000.00 Jackpot. Or cover your card in 38 #’s or more for the $300.00 consolation prize.

Also play Odd/Even Raffle. The date determines whether you mark off all your odd or even #'s. We call whatever is left until our next lucky winner covers their card.
  Prize: $ 1000.00 Cost: $5.00 for 9 card

Northwest also offers a variety of Pull Tabs in $.25, $.50 and $1.00 price range and occasionally offers Seal Cards to spice up the program. Tell all your friends that Northwest Community Center is the place to be for fun and excitement on Saturday night

We have
Electronic Verification!

In April '04 The Northwest Community Center updated their bingo machine to enable them to electronically verify all winners at their Saturday night bingo session as well as the Monday night session sponsored by The Gymnastic Academy of Rockford Booster Club. Thanks to the donation of a 35” color television by Mr. Dave Swanson the electronic verifier is accompanied by video monitoring of the next ball up. Players love the chance to play one ball ahead of the caller and not have to worry about missing a number because some one cracked a joke or groaned about needing one certain number. The electronic verifier helps pick up the pace of the game by eliminating the need to call back every number on a card, and the video monitor allows for a more relaxed time during play. A perfect combination!

Mr. Rex Brinkmeier receiving check from Mr. James Peterson (Director)

Then, in May, the Center was blessed with another windfall. When Mr. Rex Brinkmeier became the lucky winner of the $5000.00 Starburst Raffle he offered to donate another monitor to give more players a better view of the electronic verifier. As if that wasn’t enough, while shopping for the new monitor Rex decided to buy not one, but two 20” flat screen monitors. The Center is very grateful for the generous donations of Mr. Brinkmeier and Mr. Swanson.

The goal at Northwest now, is to add a couple more monitors to improve the view for everyone in the hall and increase the size of the stage for the caller as well as for the people who use The Willard J Corbett Building for events other than bingo. They plan to install a DVD player, a VHS player, (both donated by Mr. Swanson) and computer for presentations at meetings and parties. If your family, company, or organization is looking for a place to host their next party, banquet, or other function, you should keep Northwest Community Center in mind.

Come down and try your luck The next winner could be YOU!
